How to set up an incentive scheme.

You must be logged in to set up your child's incentive scheme

- Click 4Parents button to enter Parent Zone
- Select Administer your child's incentive scheme
- Select Add Child
- Enter your child's name
- Enter up to 3 tasks using a separate line for each task
- Enter a prize code from the Mall (optional) or type reward details
- Click the Add Child button

You have the option to add further children at any time

To award points
- Type the number of points you wish to award
- Click the Submit button

To change details
- Edit any details
- Click the Save Changes button

- Select School Bulletins

You must be logged in to advertise in Swap Shop

- Click the Swap button to enter the Swap Shop
- Click 'to advertise here'
- Click New Advert
- Type details remembering to tick the box if you wish to upload an image
- Click the Submit button

In order to ensure that adverts are appropriate, your advert will be checked by a member of the Now Team, prior to it appearing in the Swap Shop

Who can register at NowCafe?

Offers are not available to the general public. Only parents, teachers, relatives and friends can register, by selecting the appropriate school.

- Click the Swap button to enter the Swap Shop
- Click 'to advertise here' and enter your password
- A list of your current adverts will appear
- Select the appropriate option to Edit, Renew, Delete or add an image

Adverts will automatically be removed after 4 weeks unless previously deleted by you.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. It's easy peasy. Click on the link below to go to the change password form, fill in the form and then send it to the NOW Cafe Team and - hey presto - your password is changed.

Click Here to go to the change password form (this can also be accessed through the 'Login' page).

Remember: Your password should be hard to guess but easy to remember. Keep it is secret and safe - never write it down - don't use anything too obvious like your first name or your date of birth.

Q. How do I change my email address?
A. We use your email address to send you exciting information about NOW Cafe so, if you have changed your address since registering - let us know now.

It's easy, but you need to follow one basic rule - you must send us an email from your new email account to registration@nowcafe.co.uk

Follow the example below…

"Please change my email address to newname@newaddress.co.uk

My existing NOW Cafe email address is dave@aspirations.co.uk and my password is actionman"

But remember the one basic rule, you must send us a message from your NEW email account - not your old one - so we can check the address is valid.

Q. How do I collect Reward points?
A. You will receive 2 points for every £1 you spend in the NOW Cafe Mall. The points will be automatically credited to your NOW Cafe account and, with just 250 points, you'll get a discount when you shop at the NOW Cafe Mall. For 500 points, the discounts are even greater.

By the way, if you haven't already registered as a member, go for it - we'll credit your account with 250 points immediately!

Q. How much will I pay for delivery?
A. Fantastic news!!! With Xtra Value Delivery, it doesn't matter how many items you order in one go for delivery to one address - you will only pay one delivery charge.

Here's how it works…
Depending upon the size and value of the items you are ordering, you will pay one of these delivery rates...

2. 25p
3. £1.25
4. £2.50
5. £2.95
6. £3.95
7. £4.75

But with Xtra Value Delivery, you don't have to order just one item - you can order as many as you like and still only pay one delivery charge. The amount you pay will be equivalent to the highest one applicable to your order.

For example, if you order three items which each cost 25p for delivery - you'll only pay 25p for them all. If they each cost £2.50 for delivery you'll just pay £2.50 for the whole lot - get the picture?

If you select, say, one item with a delivery charge of 25p, two costing £1.25 for delivery and one at £2.50 - you'll pay just £2.50 - a saving of £2.75. To check just how much you are going to be charged for delivery of your items, just take a look in your basket once it is full, then proceed to checkout.
